Shipping policy

We aim to ship all our orders within 48 hours of ordering. In case an order is lost we will investigate this matter after 4 weeks if delivery is for Europe.

In the event of a parcel not being delivered to you for which you are responsible (e.g. correct address) and after the parcel is returned to us we may still repost it to you as long as you pay the second shipping fees.

In the event that we have confirmation by the delivery company that an item was delivered we assume no responsibility. If you prefer to have signed delivery please contact us before hand.

Returns policy

We do not accept returns. Please be aware that tea is a food product and we cannot therefore accept any returns for it. We do recommend our customers to order a sample first prior to buy a full cake. Nevertheless, in case you encounter any issue we do recommend you to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for it.

Faulty or missing product

In case there is any issue with the products that you purchased from us please contact us. We will try to find a solution. We may require photographic evidence if any item is not received as shown in our website.

Your data

We will NOT in any way share your data with anyone outside tea encounter/mili nove groups unless mandated by the authorities. We will share your details with the delivery companies shipping your order (eg address, phone number, name and email).
